That looks awesome, i have a b3 and i have refinished the wood, but i would like to add an AK stock and a magazine to be fitted to the gun to store the pellets perhaps - and look awesome! Do you have any ideas on how i could do it, what way did you go about doing these things? :)
The stock is a genuine AK stock i got off ebay, keep your eyes open there is a guy who sells them, Mag is a real one bought from a De-Act site about £10.00 plus postage, best way to fit the mag is to cut the top off flat insert a tight fitting piece of wood that is glued in place, then screw through the base of the metal stock with 2 screws and it will be solid and look like it is inside the metal, the Butt is a bitch!!! had to grind the old folding Butt off then create a step effect with an angle grinder in the remianing metal, cut the wooden butt to match then a lond screw through the metal into the wood- it was a bitch but is really solid.
yeah, i think that installing the magazine would be easy enough , its just the stock that would be really difficult. May i suggest one improvement that could be made to yours is that buy a wooden ak47 upper handguard and fit that on to the front handguard of the gun - would look even better! but these air rifles are very cool little shooters!
also how did you get the AK saftey selector lever on there do you just put it in like the saftey that is origionally there, or does it need some extra help to fit?
